Filter by sport, position, age band and region. Everyone searches the same pool, so a player another scout entered last night is in your results this morning.

One shared pool

Pitches have bad reception. A report written three days later is a different report.

The part most platforms leave out
A lot of the people in this pool are children, and a scouting platform that treats them like inventory is a problem waiting to happen. Four things are true here, and each one is enforced by the server rather than promised by a page.
A guardian is asked, and answers
For an under-18, we email the parent or guardian named on the profile. Nothing is published and nobody may make contact until they answer — and declining is permanent.
Nobody is handed a phone number
A verified agent asks; the player, or their guardian, decides. Accepting opens a conversation here. It does not reveal anyone’s contact details, because a number handed over cannot be taken back.
Either side can end it
A player can close a conversation they had already agreed to, and asking again means waiting ninety days. Being able to stop is what makes agreeing safe.
Contact details are not list data
No search result carries an email address, a phone number or a guardian’s name. The server does not send them and then trust a screen to hide them.
Looking is free. Seats cost money.
Searching the pool, filing reports and running trials do not cost anything. What the paid plans add is people — more seats on one account, and the shared roster a club needs.
